The core businesses of MBGB and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are hospitality, investment properties, property development, leasing & financing and energy related businesses.

With a strategic acquisition on January 31, 2024, MBGB proudly welcomes Expogaya Sdn Bhd into its fold, marking a significant expansion into the concrete business sector, further enhancing the Group's property segment via this vertical acquisition.
